    Executive Music Producer; Founder, Silence the Shame
    Shanti Das successfully kicked-off a global awareness initiative that included the first ever Silence the Shame day at the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church. The campaign received over 90,000,000 impressions, reached 75,000,000 people on social media, and reached people as far as South Africa, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Italy and London. Celebrities such as Ludacris, Will Packer, Russell Simmons, Keshia Knight-Pulliam, Kandi Burress, pop-artist JoJo and Estelle also joined the conversation to spread awareness. Shanti is featured in Forbes, Black Enterprise and the Huffington Post.

Dr. Banks earned a PhD in Public Health Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health.
